Terms & Conditions in Plain English


After we talk about your project, I’ll send you a list of deliverables included as part of the invoice. Once you’ve confirmed that, then we can get started. I prefer to be paid upfront, though I am flexible to meet in the middle.

Rush Orders

I charge a rush order if you need the project earlier than the estimation I give you. The fee will vary from 20-50% depending on the deadline and the volume of work.

Client & Designer Obligations

Sometimes I need resources, information and confirmation from you to proceed with the project. I’m not liable for any costs, damages or losses incurred by, but not limited to, the provision of said resources, information and/or confirmation.

In cases where the provided resources aren’t of high enough quality, the scale of the project may need to be expanded to accommodate. I’m committed to presenting you with the best quality outcome I can, and require quality assets to make that happen.

If you need a revision, I may need more time and budget.

Cancellation & Refunds

If you want to cancel work on the project, I keep everything you haven’t paid for. There is a cancellation fee of A$500 or 50% of the remainder of the project, whichever is greater. The stuff I’ve already worked on is non-refundable.
